Relating to the theme of the album (Self-Reliance) this song aims to encourage us to remember that we control our fate. We make our decisions each and every day, and therefore we must strive to make ones that empower us, our families, and our communities. Too often we get distracted by shiny technological advances or simply admit defeat once we fall. In my ideal world people aren't restricted or limited because of their class. In a world where we slave under invisible chains I hope to see one where we are free.
